The MAINFRAMES of the 76/77 combine structural steel tubing and strength angle. The Model 77 Main Frame is a two-piece bolt together frame where the Model 76 is a one-piece frame. Structural steel angle is used for the side-members allowing the frame to flex so it can follow the contour of the field, reducing stress on the frame.
Choice Of Discs
22" or 24" Cutout or Smooth Discs are offered on the Model 76/77. The disc blades are made from the highest quality steel for superior cutting and durability.
QUADRASEAL Relube Ball Bearings

Both Rigid and Spring Bearing Hangers feature a Wear Plate which protects the front and the bottom-side of the Bearing Housing. The Rigid Bearing Hanger is for general purpose usage in normal field conditions. Spring Bearing Hangers with double-row tapered roller bearings provide maximum flexibility in rocky and uneven land.
