Bauman Maple Leaf Tubular Bale Elevator

The Maple Leaf Tubular Bale Elevator is designed for Agricultural and Commercial use in horse stables, dairy, beef or hobby farms. This unit is able to move small square bales of hay and straw safely for feeding or bedding efficiently and economically. Thanks to our unique full-length return chain slide, the direct bottom drive motor / reducer works smoothly and with no return chain drag.

The 20’ unit is standard with a gear box drive and constructed with 1” x 1” steel square tube frame which is light enough for easy handling and transportation but heavy enough to maintain performance time after time.

The steel detachable 55 chain is easy to remove, repair or replace.  Each unit is finished with a heavy duty powder coat finish and is built to last.

This unit has many options available which include an undercarriage with clevis hitch and self braking safety winch available to safely move conveyor and adjust height, a bale chute to increase ease of unloading and decrease unloading time when the weather window is reduced and 6’ and 10’ extensions to meet each application's unique requirements.
To complete this unit, various sizes and models of optional electric motors are available.
